New CAM SWISS Machine
Model GS1035
The Model GS-1035 is a 10mm 5 Tool Slide Cam operated lathe. The headstock is moved by two plate cams. The feed rate can be adjusted from 1:1 to 3:1. The tool slides have a highly accurate micrometer adjustment calculated to 1/100mm. The machine comes with 3 end working tool slides for drilling, tapping, threading etc. A safety device is included to stop the machine in event of a threading or tapping failure. The machine has a Servo, "C" Axis 2.2 horsepower spindle drive capable of speeds from 1 rpm to 10,000 rpm. Cam shaft speeds are variable, programable for cycles from 6 seconds to 6 Minutes. The main spindle has roller bearings in the front and precision angular contact bearings and linear guides for smooth operation.
