Servo Drive Features

Brushless A.C. Servo Motors in 2" and 3" frame sizes
Resolver feedback to allow spindle synchronization and maintain RPM up to 2.5 X rated horsepower, i.e., S-31H motor is rated at 1 H.P. and will peak at 2.5 H.P.
Sealed motor and spindles, rated at IP67 environment
Different motor options available.
Easy Benchtop manual operation and set up or machine operated with programmable features, via RS-232 Serial Port
Four controls allow presetting for speed and direction of motor which can be turned on and off externally
Encoder output for spindle synchronization
Convenient cabinet styles: Standalone [Benchtop (shown)] or Rackmount

Servo Drill Spindle Options

Standard Servo Drill packages with Series 30 motors (3" frame) are available with Dual 36-10 3/8" capacity Collets straight or right angle
With Series 20 motors (2" frame) available with Dual 23-7 1/4" capacity Collet
Other spindle variations are available, i.e., single spindle or multiple spindles (i.e., 3 or more)
Spindle Mounts are universal to accommodate a wide variety of machine adaptations
23-7 spindles can be driven to CW or CCW 15,000 RPM
36-10 spindles can be driven to CW or CCW 10,000 RPM
