Collet Capacity 1/32 to 1/4" recommended 1/8" or smaller for best performance on virtually any material. Uses ER-style Collets
Easily interchangeable gear sets allowing (5) spindle speeds of 30,000 R.P.M. (std), and optional 15,000 , 4,000 and 2,000 R.P.M.
Uses NSK Astro System, Astro Series Astro E tools.

Also available Filter-Regulator-Lubricator with 24v Solenoid valve for controlling on CNC using M-code.

B&S Custom Adaptable mount will bolt onto any machine with 3/8" wide T-Slot.
Vertical Centering adjustable .825 to 1.325 off slide surface for easy centering.

Design allows easy installation in many CNC and Cam Screw Machines.
Mounting available for Tornos-Bechler, Tsugami, Citizen, Star, etc. Most are in stock ready to ship.
